The horseradish plants have been seen as something that has also served other uses. These discoveries are that the plants produce an enzyme that is ideal for the cleansing of the pollutants in waste water. This has been one of the astonishing uses of this root that has not only been a condiment and a treatment tool, but also an herb with a very long and rich history.
